Apps downloaded through Apple's App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms provide additional information about Urge Surfin and do not replace that license.
1. License
Your license to use Urge Surfin is provided under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
2. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
3. Not medical advice
Urge Surfin is a self-help tool, not a medical device or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
4. The app is provided "as is"
Urge Surfin is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTXA LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
