Apps downloaded through Apple's App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms provide additional information about By The Day and do not replace that license.
1. License
Your license to use By The Day is provided under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
2. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
3. The app is provided "as is"
By The Day is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTXA LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
