By The Day collects or transmits no data. Anything you enter stays in the app on your device, and CTXA never sees it.
1. What we collect
Nothing. Entries are stored locally in By The Day's app container. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no app-originated network requests.
2. Analytics & tracking
None. By The Day contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.
3. Apple services & backups
By The Day does not use iCloud or CloudKit to sync your data. Depending on your device settings, Apple-managed device backups may include local app data. Apple handles those backups under its own terms and privacy policy; CTXA cannot access them.
4. Sharing
CTXA shares no By The Day data because By The Day sends none to CTXA.
5. Data retention & deletion
Local data remains in By The Day's app container while the app is installed. Deleting By The Day removes its active local data. Copies in Apple-managed device backups follow your Apple backup settings and retention controls.
